We are looking for a General Assistant Fixed-Term Contract - 35H to join our team in ST Ouen. In this role, you will help to maintain the smooth flow of our delivery-only kitchens, 'Editions', ensuring every order reaches the customer perfectly and on time.

What You Will Do

You will join the Editions team. Our Editions sites are dedicated delivery-only hubs that allow the best restaurants to expand into new areas. As an Operations Agent, you are the heart of the site, coordinating kitchen partners, riders, and customers to ensure operational excellence.

Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day:

• Manage Dispatch: Oversee the swift handover of food to riders while proactively resolving live issues between kitchens and partners.

• Ensure Food Safety: Conduct daily HACCP and safety checks, ensuring our high standards for food hygiene and site safety are never compromised.

• Problem-Solve in Real-Time: Be the first point of contact for customer complaints, using our internal processes to ensure a successful customer journey.

• Drive Site Excellence: Collaborate closely with the Site Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain a high-quality service.

• Own the Floor: Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed, demonstrating the versatility to step into any role on site as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Essential:

• High Capacity for Versatility: Proven ability to handle large volumes of information and juggle multiple operational challenges simultaneously.

• Excellent Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written skills to liaunt with partners and customers.

• Proactive Mindset: A proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and act autonomously.

• Safety Conscious: A strong understanding (or a willingness to become proficient) of food safety and HACCP standards.

Desirable:

• Food Service Experience: Previous operational experience within a kitchen or restaurant setting.

• Safety Certifications: Training in first aid, fire safety, or food safety (though training can be provided).

• Language Skills: English proficiency is a plus for collaborating with our international teams.
