General Accounting Manager

Purpose of the position Ensure the integrity, precision, and timeliness of consolidated financial information at the national and international level, leading closely the accounting and fiscal processes of the company. Guarantee compliance with NIF, IFRS, US GAAP, and tax regulations, acting as a hands-on leader with strong understanding of business operations. Main responsibilities Supervise and ensure correct and timely recording of all transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial statements. Coordinate and control the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including NIF, IFRS, US GAAP, and tax laws. Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential risks and opportunities. Provide guidance and support to accountants and other finance staff. Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions. Ensure the company's financial statements are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
