Permitting Manager Grid Expansion (m/f/d)

As part of a large-scale grid expansion project, public law approval and permitting procedures are coordinated from planning to construction. The focus is on the creation of robust permitting documents, coordination with authorities and stakeholders, and the management of the involved disciplines and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Creation and management of work packages for public law approval and permitting procedures in grid expansion
• Coordination of internal disciplines and external service providers as well as management of relevant interfaces during the permitting phase
• Coordination with permitting and specialized authorities, landowners, municipalities, associations, and other stakeholders
• Coordination and quality assurance of permitting documents as well as preparation and maintenance of the conditions management
• Preparation and execution of negotiations with landowners, rights holders, and public institutions

Qualifications

• Completed studies in environmental science, environmental engineering, spatial planning, geography, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in permitting and approval procedures for large infrastructure projects
• Experience in project management as well as a structured and efficient way of working
• Strong interdisciplinary understanding and interest in demanding infrastructure and grid expansion projects
• Team-oriented way of working, persuasive demeanor towards various project participants, and high willingness to travel
