ICON is looking for participants for a drug study on a new medication for chronic inflammation. For your participation, you will receive a compensation of €4,207,- to €4,449,-.

Doing good for others and earning something at the same time? Then participate in our drug study and receive a compensation of €4,207,- to €4,449,-.

The drug study always takes place at ICON's research center in Groningen. You will eat, sleep, and stay there during the study. Your health will be closely monitored daily by doctors and nurses. Your safety is always number 1.

Participating in drug research benefits both you and others. You contribute to the development of new medicines and thus to a better life for patients. For your participation, you will receive a compensation of €4,207,- to €4,449,-.

During your participation, you will need to do something for the study a few times a day, such as a test or health check. Besides that, you'll have plenty of free time!

At the research center:
  • You'll have time to relax.
  • It's possible to bring your work or study books.
  • You can challenge your fellow participants to a game of table tennis, Monopoly, or darts.
  • The lounges are equipped with PlayStations and TVs with Netflix.
Period of stay

For group C, the study consists of 2 periods where you will stay at the research center in Groningen, at the location Van Swietenlaan 6.

In period 1, you will stay for 3 days and 2 nights. In period 2, you will stay for 2 days and 1 night. Between period 1 and 2, there is a period of 25 days during which you will take the study medication at home.

During these 25 days, there will also be 2 short visits to the clinic. After period 2, there will be 2 additional short visits. Based on the results from previous groups, it may be decided that the second short visit will not take place.

The final follow-up visit will take place 21 to 24 days after your departure from the research center at the end of period 2.

You must be available on all mentioned dates for the group you choose to be able to participate.
