GUEST EXPERIENCE LEADER – The Hospitality Manager represents the innovation ambassador at McDonald's and guides customers to order at digital kiosks, quickly resolving any issues.
Main responsibilities:
Proactively assist guests in placing orders at the Kiosk and finding a free table (help increase business and reduce congestion in front of the counter);
Ensure that guests have been served accurately and are satisfied with the quality and freshness of the products;
Confidently manage requests or questions from customers interested in finding out different information;
About you:
- Minimum completed secondary education;
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented;
- You have a proactive attitude and are results-oriented;
- You adapt quickly to changes and have the ability to work under pressure.
- You have good teamwork skills;

- Salary package between 3600 – 3900 RON net for an 8-hour shift (amount composed of fixed salary, meal tickets of 40 RON/day, bonuses and other bonuses);
