The job description

How do you work for Goirle?
We are looking for an enthusiastic behavioral scientist who is looking for a meaningful challenge. You will support, advise, and coach colleagues. And it seems interesting to contribute to the development of our municipality.
You are that sharp thinker with a heart for people. Within the Stevig Lokaal Team, you play a key role in early signaling and analyzing help requests. You support colleagues in complex casuistry and help them make confident choices. With your expertise, you bring calmness, direction, and reflection to the field. You give requested and unrequested advice on child development trajectories. Together, we work towards a normalizing, system-oriented approach. You stimulate cooperation with chain partners and monitor the quality of support.
Zo maak jij écht het verschil voor onze inwoners én je collegas.
