Regional Sales Leader/ Healthcare Advisor Baden-Württemberg

Your Tasks:

• Building and expanding the existing sales market in the region
• Active acquisition of new customers and customer care for pharmacies and medical device retailers
• Planning and conducting product training in the healthcare sector and hospitals
• Sales and revenue responsibility for the entire product portfolio in the sales area
• Ongoing analysis of the region and comprehensive market observation
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and gaining customer loyalty in close coordination with the Customer Service Team
• Active market and competitor observation

Your Profile:

• Vocational or technical training, ideally in the healthcare or medical aid sector
• A few years of experience in consulting and selling medical products in the field
• Independent and structured working style
• Communication skills and negotiation expertise
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Excellent technical and commercial understanding
• Solid MS-Office user knowledge
• Teamwork, openness, and customer orientation
• Travel readiness, as your place of residence is located in the deployment area
