Your Job

* Leadership, coordination, and training of a deployment team
* Contact maintenance with house trustees, residents, and property managers
* Measurement of objects and drawing of detailed plans
* Ensuring a smooth workflow from tour planning to controlling the services performed
* Situationally-assisted help

Your Qualification

* Several years of experience in winter service, green spaces maintenance, or service sector required
* Professional appearance and service orientation
* Independent work style and efficient self-organization
* Hands-On mentality and high problem-solving competence
* Driver's license B required
* Driver's license EzB advantageous or willingness to train
