Branch Manager (m/w/d) - 1030 Vienna - Full-time

We are looking for an engaged Branch Manager (m/w/d) for our headquarters in 1030 Vienna:

• Leadership of the assigned branch in terms of content, personnel, predetermined financial and organizational aspects
• Strategic and operational management as well as leadership and development of the team (approximately 230 employees)
• Responsibility for key account management in the assigned region (Vienna and Lower Austria)
  • First point of contact for existing customers as well as potential new customers
  • Creation of need analyses and offers/active cross- and upselling
  • Taking orders and processing orders including planning (in close cooperation with operational management staff and employees at the location)
  • Complaint management
• Result responsibility, budget preparation as well as development and setting of measures to achieve economic target goals
• Responsibility for the care of international major customers as well as central interface to global account teams
• Ongoing development of work processes
• Participation in further expansion of a professional, value-acknowledging, and performance-oriented working environment and culture
• Conducting analyses and actively deriving concrete improvement measures
• Organization of and participation in (cross-sectional) projects and audits
