Job description
For Gemeente De Bilt, we are looking for a Neighborhood Broker.
You will work daily to improve and maintain contact with the residents of Gemeente De Bilt. The opinion of these residents is important, and together with them, you will work towards a better outcome. As a participation advisor, you will contribute to the challenges and initiatives in the Bilthoven core. Your focus lies on advising on ongoing and starting participation processes within projects. You keep all stakeholders sharp on their role in the process, for example, during the project about the possible arrival of an AZC in Bilthoven.

You will work for the residents, organizations, and businesses in the six villages that together form the Gemeente De Bilt. Within this municipality, good cooperation is essential to make life better, greener, more sustainable, and entrepreneurial. You will strive to make it nicer for the 42,000 people who live here, work here, and recreate here. You will work with approximately 250 colleagues who are inspired every day by the wishes and developments in Bilthoven, De Bilt, Groenekan, Maartensdijk, Hollandsche Rading, and Westbroek. More often, you will work within a network of residents and businesses that take care of each other's affairs. You will connect people, resources, and techniques in a smart way. By working together better within the organization and with external partners, you will contribute to innovation in the way this party works.

- You will work closely with other disciplines to make initiatives and projects possible.
- You will advise on participation trajectories for Gemeente-broad themes and projects in Bilthoven.
- You will be active in the network of the Bilthoven core and gather signals and information from it.
- You will collect relevant information from society and the municipal organization, and connect themes in a smart way with each other.
