Building Technology Project Manager HVAC 100% MW

For an established Swiss engineering company, we are looking for reinforcements in the field of building technology. Both motivated building technology planners who want to take the next step towards project management and experienced project managers are addressed.

Depending on the specialization and place of residence, a position in Zurich, Aargau, or Basel is possible.

Tasks

• Planning and implementation of sophisticated building technology systems in the field of heating, ventilation, or sanitary engineering
• Handling diverse projects in the areas of industry, laboratories, hospitals, and public buildings
• Development of sustainable and energy-efficient system and supply concepts, creation of technical drawings, calculations, and planning documents
• Participation in technical coordination, cooperation with clients, architects, and other specialist planners, accompanying projects from planning to realization
• Ensuring applicable quality standards and legal requirements
• Depending on experience, taking over own projects and responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as a Building Technology Planner EFZ in the field of heating, ventilation, or sanitary engineering
• For a position as a Project Manager, ideally ongoing or completed further education at the TS, HF, or FH level
• Good knowledge of CAD and/or BIM
• Proficient in MS Office
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of technically demanding projects and collaboration with various project stakeholders
