Our partner company in Munich is looking for you as Gebäudetechniker / Technischer Gebäudemanager (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• As Gebäudetechniker / Technischer Gebäudemanager (m/w/d), you will take over the monitoring, control, and optimization of technical building and supply systems.
• You coordinate and perform warranty, inspection, and maintenance work and monitor external service providers and subcontractors.
• In addition, you monitor and document operating parameters, analyze disturbances, and repair technical problems.
• You optimize business processes and increase energy efficiency of the technical infrastructure.
• You ensure that legal regulations and internal standards are complied with.

Qualification

• You bring a completed degree in the field of supply technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or building technology or a comparable qualification, e.g. as an engineer (m/w/d) for building technology, electrical engineer (m/w/d) or technical officer (m/w/d) supply technology.
• You have experience in technical building management, ideally in data centers or industrial buildings.
• Ideal would be knowledge of building automation and building bus systems such as Modbus, KNX or OPC.
• Your technical understanding, initiative and team spirit help you to successfully implement complex tasks.
• Very good German language skills complete your profile.
