Building Technician (m/w/d)

We are looking for a building technician to strengthen the technical building operation at our location in Berlin.

The company operates complex technical systems in an environment where reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation have top priority. Tasks

• Maintenance, repair, and monitoring of building technical systems with a focus on heating supply and control technology
• Carrying out repair, installation, and maintenance work on technical systems
• Support in adjacent technical fields such as sanitary, climate, ventilation, and electrical engineering
• Operating and monitoring modern building automation systems
• Conducting technical inspections and implementing optimization measures to increase efficiency
• Documented all maintenance and service work performed
• Ensuring a reliable operation of technical systems together with internal departments and external service providers
• Collaboration in a regulated shift and availability model

Qualification

• Completed technical training, e.g. as a heating and ventilation technician or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of experience in maintaining, inspecting, and repairing building technical systems
• Good knowledge in the field of heating, warm water supply, or sanitary technology
• Handyman skills and well-developed technical understanding
• Familiarity with MS Office and willingness to learn technical software systems
• Readiness to work in different technical working environments
• Flexibility for shift work and on-call duty
• Structured, reliable, and team-oriented working style
