Building Technology Planner (m/w/d)

To strengthen their planning team, we are looking for a qualified and motivated building technology planner (m/w/d) who can implement exciting projects with our client. Tasks: ? Planning and design of building technical installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation) ? Creating detailed planning documents, drawings, and calculations ? Technical consulting and support for the project team and clients ? Coordination and alignment with other departments and external partners ? Conducting cost-benefit analyses and preparing tender documents ? Monitoring and controlling the planning process for quality, costs, and timeliness ? Participation in project development from planning to handover ? Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and norms Profile: ? Completed education as a building technology planner or in a related technical field (e.g. engineer, technician) ? Several years of experience in planning building technical installations ? In-depth knowledge of the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation ? Proficient use of planning tools and CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) ? Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style ? Good communication and teamwork skills ? Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking ?
