To supplement the existing team in the Solothurn region, we are looking for an immediate or negotiable (Building) Technician (m/w/d) 100%. Tasks - Operation and maintenance of building systems and facilities as well as buildings and outdoor areas at the location - Coordination, supervision, and support of employees from external companies and their tasks, ensuring correct documentation, work safety, health, and environmental protection, and issuing corresponding Permits to Work - Planning of technical and administrative tasks - Collaboration with customers, internal and external partners, and service providers - Collaboration and support of project teams - Conducting inspection and control tours - On-call duty/Picket duty - Close collaboration with the 2nd Building Technician - Continuous improvement of building operations - Timely and cost-conscious execution of maintenance orders and repairs on central infrastructure facilities, buildings, and outdoor areas - Creating and revising technical documentation and regulations - Participation and support in internal and external audits - Ordering and management of consumable materials and spare parts - Responsible handling and continuous review of the budget for the area Profile - Technical training or further education (building technology, building services, electrical engineering, HLK technology) - Further education as a technician, maintenance specialist, technical purchasing agent, or similar desired - Good understanding of financial backgrounds - Very good knowledge in administrative tasks (orders, offers, invoicing, etc.) - Good Microsoft Office user skills - Knowledge of working with a ticketing tool is an advantage - German, fluent in writing and speaking - English, good knowledge in writing and speaking - Customer orientation and solution-oriented thinking - Friendly demeanor, quick comprehension - Organizational talent and flexibility - Self-reliance and precise work habits - Willingness to on-call duty and stress tolerance Benefits - Slim, unbureaucratic organizational structures, fast decision-making paths - Flexible and modern working arrangement in space and time - Openness and design freedom Contact information Have we piqued your interest?
