GCP Data Architect

Experience- 10-14 yrs Locations- Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad Job Summary The GCP Data Architect will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms on Google Cloud Platform. The role involves driving data strategy, designing Warehouse / Lakehouse systems, guiding engineering teams and ensuring best-practice-based architecture for enterprise Data & Analytics programs. Key Responsibilities 1. Architecture & Solutions Design: Develop and maintain the overall architecture and design for large-scale data platforms on GCP, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance. 2. Data Platform Implementation: Lead the implementation of data platforms on GCP, including data warehousing, lakehouse, and analytics solutions. 3. Engineering Team Guidance: Guide engineering teams in designing, developing, and deploying data platforms on GCP, ensuring best-practice-based architecture for enterprise Data & Analytics programs. 4. Data Strategy Development: Drive the development of data strategy for enterprise Data & Analytics programs, aligning with business objectives and goals. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data platforms with other systems and applications. 6. Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor and optimize data platform performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Key Requirements 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. At least 10-14 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale data platforms on GCP. 3. Strong understanding of GCP services, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Dataproc, and Cloud Pub/Sub. 4. Experience with data warehousing, lakehouse, and analytics solutions on GCP. 5. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or SQL. 6.
