Your role

• Focus on transition project execution but also on client advisory in transition area;
• Focus on working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth project execution from transition perspective;
• Close cooperation with Change Managers to ensure adoption of new ways of working;
• Building transition strategy, roadmap and applying that to projects.

Your profile

• Min 3 years’ experience in Project Management and proven track of Transition Management projects delivery;
• Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, supported by delivering projects in given area;
• Experience in planning, managing and executing the overall/part of a transition program for various Function/s including stakeholders’ management, risk management, overall project management;
• Excellent English Communication Skills to ensure effective communication between key stakeholders’ groups for each transition (Project Team, Function Leadership, Local site management, GBS Management, GBS Knowledge Transfer Teams);
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands.
