About the role: This role leads the charge in delivering accurate statutory reporting and local tax compliance across our Reckitt businesses. As a key member of the Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial records are up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. You will also work closely with our finance teams to ensure that all financial reporting is timely, accurate and in compliance with local tax authorities. Key responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end process of record-to-report, including data extraction, validation, and submission. • Ensure that all financial records are up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure that all financial reporting is timely, accurate and in compliance with local tax authorities. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including finance teams, business leaders and external partners. • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with Reckitt’s policies, procedures and standards. What we’re looking for: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the consumer goods industry. • Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable.
