Ensuring freshness and quality of food, controlling expiration dates and respecting sanitary norms. 3. Providing assistance and consulting to customers, responding to questions about products and suggesting pairings. 4. Managing cutting, weighing, and packaging operations using specific equipment. 5. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following cleaning and sanitizing procedures. 6. Collaborating with the team to manage inventory and report any needs for reorganization. Responsibilities: - Previous experience in the gastronomic or food sector, preferably in a retail context. - Knowledge of sanitary norms and ability to use equipment such as meat slicers and scales. - Competencies in customer service and teamwork. - Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays. Technical skills required: - Use of equipment for gastronomy. - Knowledge of sanitary norms. - Service at the counter.
