As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Conceptualize and implement gastronomic concepts for our restaurants, • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners, • Plan and coordinate menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, • Ensure high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation, • Manage and train a team of kitchen staff and restaurant employees, • Monitor and control costs and budgets for the restaurants, • Develop and implement marketing strategies for our restaurants. Requirements: • Professional experience in gastronomy or a related field, • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
