As a Team Member, as a Gardener: you are the expert when it comes to deciduous and coniferous trees, flowering shrubs, fruit trees, roses or berry plants. You propagate and cultivate these ornamental and utility plants and work under open sky. You ensure that the entrusted plants have an optimal environment for growth. As a tree nursery gardener, you work with your hands, but also with small and large machines, for example when preparing large trees. Once the plants and shrubs have reached the corresponding size, they are excavated and sold to landscape gardeners, gardening businesses and private customers.
