Weekend Server

Recognized Val'Qurico restaurant, Tlax., seeks Weekend Server to support Friday to Sunday operations; with service attitude, positive energy and teamwork enthusiasm to assist in customer attention and service.

You will be an essential part of daily operations, collaborating with waitstaff and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth, clean and efficient service.

Requirements:

Minimum experience: 1 year in similar position.

Excellent personal presentation.

Education: Secondary education completed (desirable).

Positive attitude, responsibility and commitment.

Main responsibilities:

Maintain clean and tidy tables for customers.

Support waitstaff with setup, service and cleaning of the area.

Ensure correct presentation of utensils, glassware and linens.

Remove dishes and waste in a timely and courteous manner.

Maintain a tidy work area, following restaurant standards.

Provide general support to ensure efficient operation and quality service.
