Garment Factory GM — Operations & Excellence (Indonesia)

One Consulting (Global) Pte Ltd. is seeking a leader for their manufacturing facility operations in Indonesia. This critical role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and support through strong leadership. Ideal applicants will have a degree in Engineering and significant experience in apparel manufacturing at a senior management level. The job requires hands-on factory floor presence, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including production staff, quality control, and logistics personnel. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency; • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements; • Leading and managing a team of production supervisors and quality control inspectors; • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards; • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective supply chain management; • Developing and implementing training programs for production staff; • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback to team members. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and ISO 9001 quality management standards. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required, with at least 5 years of experience in apparel manufacturing at a senior management level.
