Bathers Guardians

Dynema RH is a fixed and temporary staffing agency with social responsibility and non-profit purpose, active on the Geneva market for over 20 years. Dynema RH is a social enterprise of OSEO Genève, an association active in the field of integration and insertion.To prepare our partners' summer recruitments, we are looking for bathers guardians to ensure the security, surveillance, and well-being of users, while guaranteeing the respect of their privacy and dignity, as well as the smooth running of the facilities. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to work in a team, and have excellent communication skills. The job requires being available for at least 3 months, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with people, have a sense of humor, and can adapt to changing situations.
