Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Operative – Havant

Location: Havant, Hampshire

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Gardener/Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team, maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest standard across Havant and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• General grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and leaf clearance

• Planting, pruning, and seasonal bedding maintenance

• Use of powered tools and machinery (strimmers, mowers, hedge cutters)

• Ensuring public and private green spaces are safe, tidy, and well-presented

• Occasional soft landscaping and minor repairs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in gardening or grounds maintenance (preferred)

• Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team

• Full UK driving licence
