Job description:
Do you have a professional goal to obtain a CAP Accompagnant Educatif Petite Enfance (Childcare and Early Childhood Education Diploma) and to work in childcare at home or in a collective setting?
We are looking for our apprentices for the 2026/2027 school year, under apprenticeship or professionalization contracts.
You will undergo a 1-year training for the CAP Accompagnement Educatif Petite Enfance with our partner ACADELY (formerly ASAF).
You will alternate between childcare missions for our client families.
Your role at Family +:
School-home transport: Accompany children to and from school, ensuring their safety.
At home: Ensure the children's well-being and participate in their development by offering creative and fun activities.
Hours:
Training: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, 3 to 4 days per week at our partner training center (ACADELY).
Apprenticeship: You will work at Family Plus between 12 to 20 hours per week, in the late afternoons from 4:30 PM onwards and/or all day on Wednesdays.
Childcare missions: Lyon and its agglomeration.
Contract start date: 09/01/2026
Contract end date: 08/31/2027
You are:
Dynamic, autonomous, and responsible. You have a service-oriented attitude and enjoy working with children. You have prior professional or volunteer experience with children.
Your benefits:
Apprenticeship or professionalization contract.
Salary according to scales, between 51% and 100% of the SMIC (minimum wage).
100% funded training.
Transport allowance (up to 100% of public transport pass).
Company health insurance.
1% housing.
