Gaming & Esports Manager

CONCEIVE AND MANAGE THE 360° GAMING MARKETING PLAN

You will be responsible for the Red Bull Österreich Gaming & Esports program and lead the long-term strategic orientation and planning. You will develop and implement our gaming marketing plans, always in line with business goals and global guidelines.

You analyze trends and use them to design innovative marketing strategies that ensure the success of the program.

You ensure synergies within the international gaming plan with a focus on the DACH region. In this context, you are responsible for coordinating international projects and activating global players at the Austrian level.

NETWORKING, NETWORKING, NETWORKING

You expand and manage our player portfolio and gaming network and take strategic leadership for its long-term development. In coordination with the Media-Network department, you set annual goals, develop marketing plans, and use media to maximize the reach and relevance of the program.

You work closely with partners and internal teams to strategically conceptualize and implement projects, collaborations, and marketing activities.

LEAD LARGE EVENTS IN THE GAMING SECTOR

You develop innovative and scalable gaming events and ensure that each event is strategically aligned with our long-term goals.

You create strategic concepts for our target group, ensure authentic integration at third-party events, and win commercial partnerships. Your focus lies on maximizing local impact through global partnerships and establishing Austria as a leading Esports destination.

360° VIEW

Together with colleagues from other departments, you maximize the 360° influence of gaming on our marketing and sales mix to bind the young target group to Red Bull (brand and product). You develop and implement in-store & digital opportunities in the gaming sector, support new business opportunities, and integrate gaming strategically into all relevant areas of our company.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY AND STRATEGIC ORIENTATION

As a leader, you will take over the leadership and development of the Gaming & Esports team. You motivate your team, foster individual strengths, and ensure that all projects are implemented effectively and goal-oriented.

You are responsible for the strategic planning and orientation of the Gaming & Esports program to ensure sustainable growth and long-term success.
