Game Master Virtual Reality Center m/w 60-80%

We are looking for a new employee for our location in the Letzipark shopping center in Zurich Altstetten for customer service in gaming.

Fusion Arena VR brings unforgettable experiences in virtual reality. Up to 10 players can embark on adventures together. We combine virtual and haptic elements, warmth and wind, so you believe you are really there. After the game, you can head to the bar for a cool drink. The Fusion Arena currently exists in Zurich, Bern, Basel, and St. Gallen.

Tasks

The tasks:

• Reception and care of customers

• Instruction and accompaniment through the game

• Cleaning and maintenance of the player sets

• Dispensing and collecting payment for drinks and snacks

• Care & advice for our guests in the lounge

• Handling of telephones during operation

The working hours:

• Minimum 60% workload

• Weekends are key days, even late into the evening

• Current shift schedule for this position: Sat/Sun/Mon as fixed days

Further times by arrangement (helping out, holiday cover)

Qualification

Do you have experience in dealing with customers and love taking care of customers and giving them an emotional experience? Then you would be our ideal candidate!

Basics:

• Ideally, you live within a 30-minute commute of the Fusion Arena Zurich

• You are extroverted and love communicating with customers

• You are passionate about gaming and can convey this

• Fluent German is mandatory, English is a must in Zurich

• The ability to maintain an overview and stay calm even in stressful situations

• Technology affinity (you can operate a Windows PC and have a basic understanding of IT)

A plus:

• Gastronomy & service experience

• Knowledge of French is a plus
