Freelance Senior Strategy Consultant (Churn Management)
Job description
A banking client of mine is currently searching for a Freelance Senior Strategy Consultant to lead a campaign strategy for their customer retention squad. They are working on a cross-border project to increase client retention throughout the bank. This will be a 12 Month project with a hybrid working model of 2 days per week on site in Brussels. Role Lead the campaign strategy for the customer retention division Create & execute impactful retention campaigns out of the box Lead a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement innovative solutions Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Ensure seamless integration with existing processes and systems Monitor and report on campaign performance Provide strategic recommendations to improve client retention Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
