Freelance business/Functional Analyst - west flanders - manufacturing- long term mission My client that are active in the Manufacturing industry, are looking for a Senior profile who can dual function as a Business Analyst and a Functional Analyst. The client are looking to actively promote their service and need an effective communicator to help improve their competitiveness. Key responsibilities Perform the business analysis for the client's systems, focusing on stakeholder management and requirements gathering. This includes identifying and prioritizing business needs, defining functional specifications, and developing solutions that meet those needs. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving existing processes and procedures, as well as implementing new ones. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Requirements: - Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the Manufacturing industry or similar sector - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analysis software - Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or equivalent is an asset.
