Role mission To own and grow PFM Futures’ social media presence by producing timely, relevant, and engaging content that drives brand awareness and community growth. Responsibilities * Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with PFM Futures' goals and target audience. * Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and live streams, tailored to the futures trading community. * Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and potentially TikTok. * Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally. * Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategies. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns. * Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. * Identify and engage with key influencers and thought leaders in the futures trading space. * Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and content gaps. * Assist in the creation of visual assets, such as graphics and videos. Qualifications * Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the financial services or trading industry. * Strong understanding of futures trading markets and related terminology. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas. * Proficiency in social media analytics tools. * Familiarity with social media advertising platforms. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Passion for social media and the financial markets. * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
