The path begins with an operational period directly on the production line, to acquire concrete knowledge of processes and industrial dynamics. This experience is fundamental for developing conscious leadership prepared to manage people, plants, and continuous improvement. Programme structure - Duration: 3 years - Internal rotations between different areas of the plant - Professional growth towards the role of Shift Leader/Manager - Learning approach 70-20-10: - 70% learning on-the-job - 20% mentoring and discussion - 10% structured training Main responsibilities Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the resource will be involved in the following activities: - Supervising production lines, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards - Analyzing plant performance and proposing improvement solutions - Collaboration with the technical office for optimizing product and process - Supporting personnel management and development Requisites required - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Management - Interest in the metal packaging sector and production processes - Proactivity, goal-oriented, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Good knowledge of Italian and English languages - Brief industrial experience and/or technical diploma will be considered a plus Crown Holdings is a global leader in the metal packaging sector, with a strong industrial presence and an organizational culture founded on operational excellence, sustainability, and employee valorization.
