About the HCM Team in SSI: The HCM pillar has consultants focused on delivering services on Oracle HCM Cloud – Fusion & Taleo, as well as Onprem Applications: eBusiness Suite, Peoplesoft. We have current team strength of 250 consultants and growing. Customers look up to us as the EXPERT and give credence to what we guide them on – they pin their faith on us to provide solutions to all challenges around their implementation. Our team is spread across OSSI Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune and Chennai. We are looking for a Fusion HCM Technical Consultant who will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud – Fusion & Taleo, as well as Onprem Applications: eBusiness Suite, Peoplesoft. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing these applications and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance and support to customers on the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud – Fusion & Taleo, as well as Onprem Applications: eBusiness Suite, Peoplesoft; developing and maintaining technical documentation; collaborating with other teams to resolve complex issues; and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
