Ali Agency for Work SPA branch in Sassuolo is looking for a Fuochista to be inserted into the production team of a client company, specialized in the realization of high-end products. We are seeking a person with the following characteristics: - Proven experience as a fuochista, with the ability to operate on industrial ovens. - Technical competence in regulating and maintaining ordinary oven settings. - Attention to detail and ability to constantly monitor cooking conditions to ensure product quality. - Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including night shifts and holidays, based on production needs. - Sense of responsibility and proactivity in resolving any problems that may arise. The role involves the following main responsibilities: - Management and monitoring of ovens for ceramic tile production. - Regulation of temperatures and cooking parameters according to production specifications. - Control of the process to prevent defects and ensure uniformity of the product. - Ordinary maintenance and cleaning of equipment. - Collaboration with the production team to optimize work cycles and improve efficiency. We offer: - A fixed-term contract with possible extensions. - Monthly gross salary: €2,000-€2,200 (Ceramic Industry Collective Labour Agreement) - A stimulating working environment oriented towards professional growth. - Continuous training to stay updated on new technologies.
