Junior Sales Officer - Area Bergamo Sondrio

Maxima Spa, a leading company in the professional cutting and coring sector, based in Poviglio (RE), is looking for a JUNIOR SALES OFFICER to strengthen its commercial structure. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES After a suitable training and mentoring period, you will be responsible for sales, demonstrations, and promotions of products through retail channels and building and plumbing suppliers in the provinces of Bergamo and Sondrio, and your main responsibilities will be: • To identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers; • To analyze market trends and competitors to optimize sales strategies; • To maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions; • To participate in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities; • To collaborate with other departments to achieve commercial goals. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office applications; • Willingness to travel frequently within the provinces of Bergamo and Sondrio.
