I'd like to introduce you to a new role within our Corporate Actions team, where you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating various actions related to securities, such as dividend payments, mergers and acquisitions, and capital increases. Your main tasks will include: • Developing and implementing processes and procedures for the management of corporate actions; • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including our trading desk, risk management team, and compliance department; • Providing support to clients and internal teams on corporate action-related matters; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all corporate actions; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of corporate actions into our overall business strategy. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial industry; • Strong understanding of securities regulations and laws; • Excellent communication and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
