Fundraising/Capital Raising - Energy Platform

I am hiring for an energy platform that is growing their APAC platform and they are looking to bring in a fundraising headcount. About the Role: The firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced fundraising/capital formation candidate to lead institutional fundraising for the client. The ideal candidate will take a strategic lead in managing and driving initiatives within Asia, working closely with the COO and CEO to shape and implement growth strategies. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end fundraising efforts across APAC, developing and executing comprehensive capital raising plans to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with the COO and CEO to identify key stakeholders and build relationships to drive growth. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business strategy, financial performance, and market trends to inform fundraising initiatives. Identify and prioritize opportunities for institutional investors, family offices, and other strategic partners to support the client's growth ambitions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, including regular communication and updates on the client's progress. Develop and manage a pipeline of potential investors, ensuring timely and effective follow-up and conversion. Work closely with the COO and CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy, including regular reporting and communications. Provide strategic guidance and support to the COO and CEO on fundraising initiatives, leveraging expertise in capital formation and institutional fundraising. Identify and mitigate risks associated with fundraising efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the APAC region, including investors, industry experts, and other key stakeholders. Provide regular updates to the COO and CEO on fundraising progress, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Work closely with the COO and CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy, incorporating insights from fundraising initiatives and market trends. Develop and manage a team of fundraising professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure successful execution of fundraising efforts. Provide strategic guidance and support to the COO and CEO on business development initiatives, leveraging expertise in capital formation and institutional fundraising. Identify and prioritize opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures that align with the client's growth ambitions. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the APAC region, including investors, industry experts, and other key stakeholders.
