• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Project management and budgeting capabilities.
• Creativity in developing fundraising campaigns.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• PASSION for animal welfare and active communities.
• Knowledge of software for fundraising and databases – an advantage.
• Studies in communication, marketing, nonprofit management or similar fields – preferred.
