Fundraising Manager, APAC (Global, Multi-Stage VC)

A global venture capital platform investing across deep tech and AI, from pre-seed to growth, is hiring its first dedicated APAC fundraiser.

You'll own APAC fundraising end-to-end - from first LP contact through to signed subscription. This is a direct capital-raising seat, not a coverage or support function. You'll run the regional LP pipeline across family offices, institutional allocators, and sovereign-linked investors, working directly with the CEO and GP team.

What you’ll do:

• Own the APAC LP pipeline end-to-end — identify, qualify, advance, close
• Run a disciplined process: CRM rigor, data room/NDA workflows, monthly pipeline reporting
• Lead LP conversations and due diligence through to subscription
• Drive event-based fundraising — own the pipeline before/during/after APAC investor events
• Coordinate external regional partners and feeder channels to avoid conflict
• Operate compliance-first across jurisdiction-specific marketing rules

What you’ll bring:

• VC fundraising experience is mandatory - you'll bring a demonstrable track record of LP commitments personally originated and closed
• An established APAC LP network — family offices and institutional allocators take your calls
• Fund-structure fluency: feeder vehicles, subscription processes etc.
• Regulatory discipline around marketing clearance by jurisdiction
• Excellent English, high rigour, comfortable with GPs/principals/allocators at the most senior level
