We are Hey You, a Door2Door fundraising agency. We conduct door-to-door advertising campaigns for aid organizations and live the start-up vibe: a dynamic and motivated team, high personal responsibility, clear goals, and a shared after-work get-together. Sounds good?

• Sell long-term supporter memberships for aid organizations.
• Desk work was yesterday! Go door-to-door daily.
• Represent our NGO partners professionally and always act fairly.
• Come prepared, on time, and with a positive attitude.
• Show commitment and take responsibility for your results.
• Work closely within your fixed team and achieve daily performance goals together.

• You speak fluent German at C1 level.
• You can work at least 4 days a week.
• You enjoy communication & are a team player.
• You approach challenges with a solution-oriented and confident mindset.
• You possess self-responsibility.
• Ideally, you have previous experience in fundraising.
• Your personality counts with us: You don't need a degree or apprenticeship!

• Salary range: €2,000.00 – €3,500.00 per month depending on workdays and performance (base salary + uncapped commission).
