Fund Manager - Investor Services (AIF)

SUMMARY The role will be primarily responsible for administration of a portfolio of Funds, including investors onboarding and corporate services. The role holder shall act as a fiduciary oversight and ensure the Funds (AIF) operate in compliance with Regulations, and runs as per the Trust Deeds, and Private Placement Memorandums (PPM) and SEBI norms. The role holder is responsible for Investment executions within regulatory & PPM framework covering compliance and governance, responsibilities, auditors' reports, and other related matters. The role will also involve coordination with various stakeholders including investors, fund managers, custodians, and other service providers. The role holder shall maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensure timely reporting to the relevant authorities, and perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
