Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Fund Management Support team as an Associate or AVP. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fund management team, including but not limited to: • Assisting in the preparation of investment reports and presentations • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of investment positions and portfolio performance • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting • Providing general administrative support to the fund management team • Assisting in the development of investment ideas and research • Collaborating with the investment team to identify and prioritize investment opportunities • Conducting research and analysis to support investment decisions • Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and investor communications • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to internal policies and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in asset management or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Familiarity with financial data and analytics tools • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
