Fund Accountant - The Edge Partnership

Our client is a successful mid-sized venture capital firm-based Singapore and is seeking a Fund Accountant for their growing team Some of the Key Responsibilities include: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and manage daily cash activities by working with internal and external teams Liaise with fund administrators on investments, capital calls, distributions, management fees, and quarterly financial reporting Support portfolio reporting by coordinating with investment teams and portfolio companies Monitor and manage cash flows, including cash calls, distributions, and management fees Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Coordinate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and investment teams to ensure seamless integration of financial and operational activities Provide high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support investment decisions and portfolio company performance monitoring Develop and maintain relationships with fund administrators, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective financial operations Provide support to the investment teams on financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, reported, and reconciled in a timely and accurate manner Provide training and support to junior team members on financial reporting, accounting, and financial operations
