As a Senior Functional Administrator Marketing, you are daily focused on getting the most out of our applications. You are part of the Functional Administration team within Business Support Insurance. This department supports various teams within DELA, enabling them to function optimally. Your focus is on applications used for marketing and communication, among others. You work closely with the user organization and ensure that applications align well with daily practice. In doing so, you are the link between users, IT, and suppliers. Your experience as a functional administrator and with stakeholder management is important here. You understand different interests, know how to bring the right people together, and translate wishes into suitable solutions. You also ensure the continuity of our services by resolving incidents and implementing improvements. You collaborate with colleagues within your own team, IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders. You maintain an overview, bring interests together, and ensure that agreements and improvements progress. You are responsible for:

• the optimal functioning of the applications in use and the results;
• monitoring continuity, functionality, and quality;
• managing incidents, changes, and problems;
• managing authorizations and user profiles;
• translating wishes from the organization into technical and functional solutions;
• guiding the implementation of new functionalities;
• functional support of users and encouraging good use of applications;
• collaborating and coordinating with users, IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders;
• identifying and realizing process improvements and possible cost savings;
• contributing to the internal control of systems, for example, around authorization management and logging.

You are an experienced functional administrator and know that good functional administration is primarily about collaboration. You deal with various users, colleagues, suppliers, and IT specialists. • you have a minimum of a higher professional education (hbo) work and thinking level;
• you have experience with functional administration and improving applications and processes;
• you have experience with stakeholder management and connecting different interests;
• you can quickly switch between issues related to different applications;
• you have an affinity with marketing and communication;
• you are familiar with BiSL and Agile working, or you are interested in developing further in these areas.

You will work with various systems used in marketing and communication, such as Sitecore CMS, Expoints, Google applications, Hotjar, and OneTrust. You will also work with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. It would be great if you already have experience with some of these systems. If you don't know them all yet? • an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) worth 20.25% of your monthly salary, which you receive monthly on top of your salary;
• an annual vitality budget of € 750 gross;
