ERA, a part of Alfabet, is the largest real estate network in Belgium. Our own Salesforce platform — ERAforce — has been the digital heart of 130 offices and more than 620 employees for 9 years. The platform continues to evolve to support our agents maximally in a rapidly digitalizing market.

In 2025, we have set a new milestone in our digital transformation of the real estate industry. To further strengthen this, we are looking for a Functional Salesforce Specialist who will build scalable and innovative solutions.


Your role

As Functional Salesforce Specialist, you play a crucial role in the further optimization and development of ERAforce.

You translate business needs into smart configurations and automations within Salesforce. You work primarily through click & configure and develop efficient processes with Salesforce Flows.

You combine technical precision with insight into user experience and adoption. Because digital transformation does not stop at implementation — it must also be sustained by the organization.

You work closely with our Salesforce Architect, analysts, and support team and actively contribute to a future-proof platform.


What will you do?

Understand & map needs

• Understand who your users are and how they can be made more efficient
  
• Analyze current needs, opportunities, and incoming requests
  
• Suggest structural fixes to improve the overall user experience
  

Configuration & optimization

• Configure custom objects, fields, record pages, and security settings
  
• Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows
  
• Support data mapping and integrations
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and functionalities
  

Quality & releases

• Test and debug new configurations
  
• Prioritize and follow up on deployments
  
• Prepare technical documentation
  

Absorption & support

• Migrate data during the onboarding of new ERA offices
  
• Second-line support for complex configuration questions
  
• Monitor user-friendliness and performance
  

VereistenWho are you?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Salesforce environment
  
• Strong in Salesforce Flows and low-code automations
  
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
  
• Salesforce Admin certified (Advanced Admin is a plus)
  
• Structured, analytical, and quality-oriented
  
• Proactive, eager to learn, and driven to continuously improve
  
• You get energy from digitalization and process optimization
  
• NL and/or FR knowledge
