Functional Lead

Experience range – 08-10 years Key Responsibilities Functional Consulting & Solution Design Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects for Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and Production modules. Conduct business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions. Analyze manufacturing operations and recommend best practices using Dynamics 365 SCM capabilities. Configure and implement modules including: Production Control Master Planning Inventory Management Product Information Reporting Supply Chain Management Forecasting and Scheduling Quality Control and Compliance. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure successful project delivery through effective communication with stakeholders. Provide training and support to end-users on the implemented solutions. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
