Functional Lead Quality Assurance (m/w/d)

The LSI-Germany GmbH belongs to Jack Link's, an internationally active manufacturer of meat snacks. Jack Link's is a family-owned company with its headquarters in the USA and as market leader in North America employs around 4,500 employees worldwide. The product portfolio comprises over 100 different meat snacks that are sold in more than 40 countries. For the new LSI Jack Link's - plant in Guben, we are looking for a Functional Lead Quality Assurance (m/w/d). Your tasks will include the professional leadership of the quality assurance department, the development and implementation of quality management systems, the planning and execution of audits and inspections, as well as the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the implemented measures. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, as well as for maintaining a positive working atmosphere within the team. The position requires a high level of expertise in quality assurance and management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. German language skills are required.
