Functional Consulting – Engineer-to-Order (E2O) (m/f/d)

End-to-end responsibility for the Engineer-to-Order (E2O) stream in an S/4HANA environmentDesign and standardization of E2O processes aligned with global template requirementsLead fit-to-standard workshops, identify gaps, and define solution approachesTranslate E2O business requirements into S/4HANA functional design and configuration conceptsEnsure integration across PS, PP, MM, SD, and CO processesDefine and align engineering data structures (EBOMs, routings, materials)Support project manufacturing flows and supply chain integrationEnsure adherence to template governance while enabling controlled enhancementsGuide build and configuration teams to ensure consistency with design principlesCollaborate closely with program leadership, stakeholders, and implementation partners SAP functional experience with strong E2O focus in S/4HANAProven experience in 2–3 S/4HANA implementations (process & functional consulting)Strong end-to-end knowledge of PS, PP, MM, SD, and CO integrationHands-on experience with engineering and project-based manufacturing scenariosExpertise in fit-to-standard approaches and template-based rolloutsExperience in translating complex requirements into scalable SAP solutionsFamiliarity with Fiori apps, roles, and workflow/approval processes (incl.
