Job description
Attached to the Portfolio Management System team, you will accompany our clients in implementing, maintaining, and evolving our solution.
You will be involved in both project phases, onboarding, and level 3 support, constantly interacting with business and technical teams.
Your main missions:
- Pilot the implementation of the PMS solution for our clients (parameterization, integrations, controls, tests).
- Ensure training and support for end-users.
- Analyze client needs and contribute to prioritizing functional evolutions.
- Collaborate with depositary banks and market data providers (SIX, Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.).
- Participate in quarterly releases, non-regression testing, and functional documentation.
- Guarantee the quality of data and the coherence of performance and valuations for portfolios.
