Job Description We are seeking an experienced and proactive Functional Consultant to join our client’s team in a contract-to-hire capacity. This role focuses on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE, with a strong emphasis on configuration, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CE, as well as a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Responsibilities include: • Design, configure, and customize Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to meet business requirements. • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Power Apps and Power Automate. • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE. • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration with other systems. • Participate in regular meetings with the client to ensure project goals and objectives are met. • Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE. • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CE. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
